Getting Started
Signing Up/Logging In
Click Join Now to create a new user profile. You will be prompted to select a user name, enter Date Of Birth, password and parent's email address. A confirmation email will be sent to the Parent's email address notifying them of the created account.
Accessing the Features of the Site
CharmGirlsClub.com provides links to all the features of the CharmGirlsClub.com website via the tabs at the top of the page.
Click on the tabs to access to the following areas which are the main sections of the site:
Cool Games Tab
Click on the Cool Games tab, to learn more about the Charm Girls Club Nintendo DS or Wii games as well as other EA products. You can watch videos, view screenshots, read about each of the games, and see what's new with Charm Girls Club.
Fashions Tab
By clicking on the FASHIONS tab, you will be taken to the Fashion Gallery. The Fashion Gallery is where you can see the unique one-of-a-kind fashions that other CharmGirlsClub.com users have created in the Design Studio (information on the Design Studio follows below). You can vote for your favorite fashions with the "I Like" system. Fashions that receive the most votes each day will qualify as Designer of the Day and earn rewards. They will also become available for purchase in the Shopping Mall.
From the FASHIONS TAB, you can also access the Shopping Mall by clicking the Shopping Mall button on the right side of the page. More detail can be found in the Shopping Mall section below.
Fun & Games Tab
Click the FUN & GAMES tab, to go to the Mini-Game section of the site. There are currently 5 mini-games to play: Accessorize It, Be Charmed, Puppy Chase, Mall Mania, and Puzzle Time. By playing the mini-games, you will earn Charm Coins, which can be used to purchase more fashions and accessories from the Shopping Mall.
From this page, you can also vote on regularly updated polls, as well as download music and wallpapers.
Profile Tab
Creating a Charm Girl
Use the Change My Look button (located below the picture of your Charm Girl) to change the hair, skin tone, eye shape and color, lips, eye shadow, mascara, blush, and lipstick of your Charm Girl. Click the Save This Look button to keep the look that you've just created and click the Close button. Then click the Open Closet button. You can also click Reset Look to start over (this will not save your current changes).
Closet
From your Profile Page, click Maximize Closet to expand your closet. All of the fashion's you've unlocked or purchased from the Shopping Mall can be seen and tried on in your Closet. To minimize your Closet, click Minimize Closet. Always remember to save your look!
You can select from tops, bottoms, and shoes on the pull down menu above and to the right side of your closet. If you've gained more clothing, you'll notice that additional sections have been added to your closet to display them in. These sections can be accessed by either clicking on the 1 2 3 buttons... or the arrows next to the clothing pull down menu.
To put a piece of clothing on your Charm Girl, mouse over it and select Put On or if you don't want it any longer, you can chose Delete This Item. Careful though that you don't accidentally delete it.
Charm Box
Click the Charm Box to see all the Charms you've earned by playing on the website. You can also see the charms you've earned by playing the Nintendo DS or Wii games if you've entered your Charm Codes from them. Each Nintendo DS or Wii game has a drawer in your Charm Box. Access those drawers by clicking on them. Drag and drop your favorite charms from the charm box onto the Charm Bracelet to customize it.
Charms are earned via playing games on the site and inputting codes from the Charm Girls Club Nintendo DS or Wii games. There are 50+ charms in each Charm Girls Club DS game (My Perfect Prom, My Fashion Show, My Fashion Mall) that can be earned, and 40+ in the Pajama Party game for Nintendo Wii. Players can also earn a number of charms for playing mini-games in the FUN & GAMES section at CharmGirlsClub.com.
Charm Codes
Charm Girls Club Nintendo DS and Wii games feature a system where girls can unlock their own collection of charms as they play through each game. This system also awards players with Charm Codes which can be used to unlock fashions in other Charm Girls Club products. Girls can input their codes at CharmGirlsClub.com, where they can see all their charms from all the Charm Girls Club games they've played which are featured in their Charm Box.
The codes in Charm Girls Club Nintendo DS or Wii games allow you to unlock the charms you've earned in each game to a central charm box online. There are over 50 charms in each of the DS games to earn, and over 40 charms to earn in Pajama Party for Wii. There are also charms that can only be earned by playing online.
The codes from the Nintendo DS games (My Fashion Show, My Perfect Prom and My Fashion Mall) are found by tapping on Charm Codes then Get Charm Code buttons in the game.
For Pajama Party for Nintendo Wii, codes are found by selecting the Charm Box from the Main Menu.
Write down the code then enter it on the CharmGirlsClub.com website to unlock charms and charm points online. If your child already has a Charm Girls Club website account, login into the site and enter your code in the box at the upper right corner of the Charm Girls Club website. If you have not created an account for Charm Girls Club website, you'll need to create one before you can input any codes.
If your code doesn't work, try entering it again, making sure you have entered it correctly. Note: not every code will unlock new stuff so you may have put in a code that doesn't have any charm associated with it so play a little bit further in your DS or Wii game to get another code. If the problem persists please visit our "Help" Section or contact Customer Service for further assistance.
My Profile
Girls are able to edit their profile information from the Profile page to include their likes, dislikes, favorite bands, books and movies.
My Friends
CharmGirlsClub.com is a safe, fun and engaging site where girls can socialize. Girls are able to connect with real world friends by creating a Friend Code from their Profile page that they pass on to their real friends via a printed out invitation. A real friend is able to input that Friend Code on the website and those two girls will be connected. They will be able to see each other's full profiles, send emails and get status updates.
Socialize
In the socialize area, girls will have an email Inbox where they can write private messages to their friends and see their friends news feed updates.
Status
Your status will always be tracked at the top right corner of every page. There are icons showing messages in the Inbox, number of charms earned, and charm coins (currency of the website). You can also enter a friend code or game code from any of the Nintendo DS or Wii games here as well. Lastly, you can update your friends and tell them what you are doing by typing in the Status section.
Design Studio
Click on the DESIGN STUDIO tab to create custom fashions! This is where girls can truly become fashions designers by creating prints and patterns on various fabrics and choosing a silhouette to apply their prints to. Once they create a fashion that they like, they can buy it with Charm Coins and it will appear in their Closet. They will also be asked if they would like to submit it to the Design Gallery for other CharmGirlsClub.com users to vote on.
Shopping Mall
When users win the Designer of the Day award, their fashions will then be available in the Shopping Mall for all users to purchase via Charm Coins, the site's virtual currency. Users can sort through all the fashions and accessories that are available using the sorting criteria located on the right side of the screen. As players progress through the Nintendo DS or Wii games and enter Charm Codes on the website, more fashions will become available to them in the Shopping Mall. Additionally, the Shopping Mall will have new user-generated fashions added to it every day so there's always a reason to come back for the latest fashions. By rolling over a fashion or accessory, girls can decide if they want to try it on or purchase it. If they purchase it, it will then appear in their Closet and Charm Coins will be deducted from their account.Contacting Customer Support

Rules of Conduct
Don't disrespect others
We want everyone to have fun. If a player swears, bullies another user or contributes negatively to the Charm Girls Club environment, disciplinary action will be taken. You can always report a user who is not following the rules by clicking on their profile and selecting the "Report User" button.
No bad or inappropriate language
Talking about anything inappropriate in Charm Girls Club is never allowed. This includes topics such as sexual references, racial comments, drugs, alcohol and anything else that could be considered inappropriate.
No sharing personal information
In order to stay safe online, make sure you NEVER share any of your personal information. This means you shouldn't tell anyone in the game your real name, address, email, passwords or phone number.

Accessing from dial-up connections: While the website can be accessed from a dial-up connection, the limited connection speeds could give varied results in downloading and playing games, uploading and creating fashions, and other elements of the site.
If your screen name is not being accepted, please make sure to check it carefully for any spelling errors. If you are still having trouble logging on, go to the "Manage Accounts" page of the Membership section to access your child's Screen Name or reset his or her password.
Please report all technical issues to Customer Service through the "Help" section.
To view your child's account or make changes, just Log in using your child's Charm Girl's Club name and password. Your child's user name and password were sent to you when the account was created.
Go to: http://www.charmgirlclub.com/parents to Log in. Remember, you need to log in as your Charm Girl to access the account information.
You can turn off Friending or deactivate the account from here as well. Just login and select the options you'd like, then click Update.
