What is Charm Girls Club?Charm Girls Club is a fun hangout where girls can customize their own charm girl and create clothing, vote on their favorite outfits made by fellow members, post their own creations, play fun online games and more! Girls will earn special virtual charms for their charm box and charm coins to spend for participating online. They can earn additional charms and charm coins by playing Charm Girls Club games for DS and Wii.
There is no cost for creating and customizing a Charm Girl. It is free to play online games, make fashions, and earn Charm Coins.
You can purchase Charm Girls Club games for the Nintendo Wii or Nintendo DS online at the EA store http://eastore.ea.com/ and at many local retailers.
What is the Charm System?Charm Girls Club games feature an engaging gameplay system where girls can build their own collection of charms as they play through each game. This system also awards players with Charm Codes which can be used to unlock fashions in other Charm Girls Club products. Last, girls can input their codes at CharmGirlsClub.com, where they can see all their charms from all the CGC games they've played and build out their profile page.
There are 50+ charms in each Charm Girls Club DS game (My Perfect Prom, My Fashion Show, My Fashion Mall) that can be earned, and 40+ in Pajama Party Wii. Players can also earn a number of charms for playing mini-games at CharmGirlsClub.com.
What benefits for inputting a code from the Wii and/or DS games on the website? The codes in Charm Girls Club console games allow your child to transfer the charms she's earned in each game to a central charm box online. There are over 50 charms in each of the DS games to earn, and over 40 charms to earn in Pajama Party for Wii. Additionally, your child will earn charm coins and unlock new fashions in the online mall.
Where are my charms kept?Charms for a particular console game are stored in that game's Charm Box.
Additionally, girls can see all their charms from all 4 CGC games in their online charm box at CharmGirlsClub.com. Charms can be unlocked online using a 10-digit Charm Code from the DS games, and an 11-digit Charm Code for Pajama Party Wii.
Entering the code will cause the charms to appear in your Charm box on your profile page.
Note: Charm Codes are cumulative. That is, entering the latest code from your console games will unlock all charms earned up to that point. In other words, you do not need to enter an individual code for each charm to appear.
The codes from the Nintendo DS games (My Fashion Show, My Perfect Prom and My Fashion Mall) are found by tapping on Charm Codes à Get Charm Code. For Pajama Party for Nintendo Wii, codes are found by selecting the Charm Box from the Main Menu. Write down the code then enter it on the CharmGirlsClub.com website to unlock charms and charm points online.
How do I enter a code online?If your child already has a Charm Girls Club website account, login into the site and enter your code in the box at the upper right corner of the Charm Girls Club website. If you have not created an account for Charm Girls Club website, you'll need to create one before you can input any codes.
What do I do if my code doesn't work? If your code doesn't work, try entering it again, making sure you have entered it correctly. Note: not every code will unlock new stuff so you may have put in a code that doesn't have any charm associated with it so play a little bit further in your DS or Wii game to get another code. If the problem persists please visit our "Help" Section for further assistance.
You shouldn't share codes as it may unlock things in your friends' DS or Wii games or online that they haven't personally unlocked yet.

While the website can be accessed from a dial-up connection, the limited connection speeds could give varied results in downloading and playing games, uploading and creating fashions, and other elements of the site.
Can the Charm Girls Club website be accessed on a Mac? Yes, please see our minimum requirements for more information.
The game is not accepting my Screen Name or Password.Please make sure to check your Screen Name carefully for any spelling errors.
If you are still having trouble logging on, go to the "Manage Accounts" page of the Membership section to access your child's Screen Name or reset his or her password.
Please report all technical issues to Customer Service through the "Help" section.

To view your child's account or make changes, just Log in using your child's Charm Girl's Club name and password. Your child's user name and password were sent to you when the account was created.
Go to: http://www.charmgirlclub.com/parentsGuide.action to log in. Remember, you need to log in as your Charm Girl to access their account information.
You can turn off Friending or deactivate the account from here as well. Just login and select the options you'd like, then click Update.
